Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KvMon Trading website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About KvMon Trading

KvMon Trading is a Ugandan company engaged in the sourcing, trading, and export of premium Arabica and Robusta green coffee to business customers, including roasters, importers, distributors, and other commercial buyers. The Site provides company information, product details, and a channel to request coffee samples or initiate business inquiries.

2. Business Use Only

The Site and our sample request process are intended for legitimate business customers evaluating coffee supply opportunities. By submitting an inquiry, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to act on behalf of the business identified in your submission.

3. No Online Sales or Binding Offers

Information on the Site, including product descriptions, availability references, and pricing discussions, is provided for general business information only. Submitting a contact or sample request does not create a binding contract, confirmed order, or guarantee of supply. Any commercial relationship with KvMon will be subject to separate written agreement, quotation, and applicable trade terms agreed between the parties.

4. Sample Requests and Communications

Sample requests are reviewed by our export team on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to approve, decline, or request further information before arranging samples or proceeding with discussions. We may contact you using the details you provide, including by email or phone, to verify your business requirements.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
• Submit false, defamatory, or unauthorized information through our forms or communications channels.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems.
• Interfere with the proper functioning or security of the Site, including through automated scraping, spam submissions, or malicious code.
• Use content from the Site in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, branding, logos, images, layout, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to KvMon Trading and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for personal or internal business evaluation purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written consent.

7. Product Information and Disclaimer

We strive to ensure that information about our coffee origins, grades, supply options, and export capabilities is accurate and current. However, agricultural products, market conditions, and export requirements may change. Site content is provided “as is” and may be updated without notice. Coffee quality, specifications, and availability for any particular shipment will be confirmed in formal commercial documentation.

8. Third-Party Services

The Site may reference or link to third-party services, including WhatsApp and other communication tools. Your use of those services is subject to the terms and policies of the relevant third-party providers. KvMon is not responsible for third-party platforms or content outside our control.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KvMon Trading and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or use of the Site shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to us specifically for use of the Site, which in most cases will be zero.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KvMon Trading from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights resulting from your actions.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle personal information submitted through inquiries and communications.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the Terms were last updated. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
